Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte), a global network of about 210,000 professionals across 150+ countries, faced a fragmented, inconsistent, and labor‑intensive web presence with many localized sites and slow content updates. To consolidate its digital footprint, standardize branding, and deliver mobile‑optimized, personalized experiences, Deloitte partnered with Adobe and deployed Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions—primarily Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.

Adobe implemented Experience Manager’s multisite and responsive design capabilities together with Adobe Analytics and Target to centralize content, enable local customization, and drive data‑driven personalization. The Adobe solution halved publishing time, empowered 600 content authors across 20 languages, brought roughly 80 sites live (with about 50 more in progress), improved mobile traffic and global brand consistency, and delivered faster, more relevant online experiences.
