Crédit Agricole Nord-Est, part of the Synergie GIE regional network managing over 10 million accounts, needed to automate and personalize high-volume, cross-channel customer communications without over‑soliciting clients. Using Adobe Campaign, Crédit Agricole Nord-Est implemented visual cross‑channel workflows, integrated customer profiles and automated, preference‑based scenarios. In nine months the bank executed about 190 campaigns — ~760,000 emails and 70,000 outbound calls — generating three million sales opportunities, improving conversion rates by up to 40% and increasing online deposits by 64%, prompting broader rollout of Adobe across the Synergie network.
