They worked with Adobe and adopted Adobe Experience Cloud — notably Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Managed Services) plus Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Professional Services — to replace a complex CMS and support growth across multiple states.
Adobe implemented Experience Manager and managed services, centralizing inherited sites, enabling responsive design and distributed authoring, and integrating analytics and testing. As a result, Constellation improved mobile load times, increased conversion to enrollment and captured more small-business leads, empowered managers to maintain 150 local landing pages, and expects to process several tens of thousands more web-based transactions annually thanks to Adobe’s platform and services.
