bpost bank, Belgium’s fifth-largest retail bank with about 1.1 million customers, faced fragmented customer data and a limited ability to run personalized, cross-channel campaigns to attract new customers and cross-sell products. To address these challenges, bpost bank selected Adobe’s Adobe Campaign solution within Adobe Marketing Cloud to automate campaign orchestration, integrate multiple systems, and build a single, centralized customer view.

Adobe implemented Adobe Campaign (with support from Adobe Consulting Services and Comma Group of Cronos) to centralize online and offline interactions, enable event-based marketing and cross-channel execution, and automate communications such as a successful Welcome Campaign that generates new leads. As a result, Adobe helped bpost bank achieve a 360-degree customer view, streamline campaign creation, improve personalization and cross-selling, and begin realizing measurable uplifts in lead generation and marketing efficiency as Adobe Campaign usage matures.
