To meet that challenge the hotel group adopted Adobe’s solution, using Adobe Campaign (part of Adobe Marketing Cloud) to centralize customer data and streamline campaign management.
Adobe integrated Adobe Campaign with Meritus’s Opera booking system and, with partner support from Traction Digital, enabled centralized segmentation, responsive templates, and automation. The result: campaign build time fell from about 2 hours to under 15 minutes, nearly 360,000 emails sent across 131 campaigns, open rates up to 25% (birthday campaign ~40%), improved deliverability and increased bookings, delivering roughly a 1,500% ROI for Meritus using Adobe.
