Academy of Art University needed to modernize teaching and administrative workflows to better prepare ~13,000 students for creative careers—standardizing industry‑standard software, centralizing course materials, and speeding HR paperwork. To do this the university turned to Adobe, deploying Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise, Adobe Experience Manager (part of Adobe Marketing Cloud) and Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud), alongside Workday.
Adobe implemented an Enterprise Term License so every student, faculty, and staff member can use Creative Cloud (available on 600 campus computers and personal devices), used Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Mobile to consolidate legacy websites and build >45 custom course components, and integrated Adobe Sign with Workday to automate instructor agreements. The result: improved learning and creativity, consistent high‑quality templates and faster content creation, broader mobile reach, and dramatically reduced HR turnaround (agreements signed in minutes) — all delivered by Adobe.
