A Adobe InDesign Case Study
TESS Co., a Tokyo-based engineering services firm that produces safety training pamphlets, graphics and video, faced growing demand and needed to reinforce in-house design production, simplify print submission procedures, and improve design quality. To address this, TESS Co. adopted Adobe InDesign as part of Adobe Creative Cloud for teams to standardize cross-platform workflows (Mac and Windows) and simplify license and application management.
Using Adobe InDesign alongside Illustrator, Photoshop, Typekit and Adobe Stock, TESS moved to PDF submission with InDesign’s preflight checks, streamlined font and asset handling, and centralized license provisioning. Adobe InDesign helped expand in-house design scope, accelerate print production and editing, eliminate serial-number hassles and speed installations — driving a reported productivity increase of up to 50% and cutting previously day-long submission tasks to minutes.
