Adobe InDesign’s solution—centered on Adobe Sign and Document Cloud—streamlined approvals, enabled mobile signing, and integrated with existing SharePoint workflows; the State processed 64,000+ electronic signature transactions in the first year, cut new‑hire processing time by about 80% (from ~2 hours to ~20 minutes), and reduced approval cycles from weeks to hours. The Adobe InDesign deployment also delivered enterprise licensing cost efficiencies and is expected to scale to tens of thousands of regular users across state agencies.
