ProActive Software, maker of the ProWorkflow SaaS project-management suite, faced the challenge of rapidly updating a scalable, reliable back end and quickly adding mobile capabilities to meet growing customer needs. To address design and development needs the company leveraged Adobe technologies — using Adobe ColdFusion for core development and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (including Adobe InDesign) for design and product assets.

ProActive implemented Adobe ColdFusion across redundant servers with Microsoft SQL and built APIs, a custom CRM, and a mobile front end, while also using Adobe InDesign as part of its Creative Cloud toolkit.
