HFF, a leading U.S. commercial real estate intermediary with 23 offices and more than 850 employees, needed a way to produce consistent, high‑quality marketing materials, collaborate across offices, and centrally manage software licenses for its design teams. To meet those challenges HFF adopted Adobe InDesign as part of Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise, along with Adobe Stock, Adobe Document Cloud, and Adobe Marketing Cloud (Experience Manager and Analytics), to give nearly 200 designers shared tools and asset libraries.

Using Adobe InDesign and the broader Adobe solutions, HFF implemented shared Creative Cloud Libraries, centralized license management for about 200 designers, streamlined stock‑photo licensing via Adobe Stock, and deployed Experience Manager and Analytics for digital content. The result was faster, more consistent production and reuse of assets across web and mobile, reduced stock‑photo costs and approval time (license and replace images in a few clicks), and design teams that support more than $76 billion in annual transaction volume.
