Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division faced inconsistent branding, fragmented collaboration, and software incompatibility across global teams as they rolled out a new identity. To address versioning, asset sharing, and license-management headaches, Hexagon standardized on Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise — including apps such as Adobe InDesign CC, Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC, plus services like Creative Cloud Libraries and Adobe Stock — provided by vendor Adobe InDesign.

Using Adobe InDesign as part of the Creative Cloud deployment, Hexagon implemented shared libraries, centralized stock licensing, and enterprise license management through the Admin Console. The result was faster, more creative workflows and stronger brand consistency worldwide: teams can collaborate across borders, instantly receive updated brand assets, preserve edits when swapping preview stock for licensed images, and simplify compliance and audits — substantially reducing conversion rework and administrative overhead.
