Broadway Malyan, a global architecture and design firm with 550 staff across 16 studios, needed to equip designers and architects with the latest creative tools, move licenses between locations for project teams, and simplify license tracking and budgeting. To solve these challenges they relied on Adobe InDesign and other Adobe solutions, notably Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise and Adobe Acrobat Pro, purchased under an Enterprise Term License Agreement.

By adopting Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise and deploying apps via Microsoft SCCM, Broadway Malyan dramatically sped up installs and gained full license visibility: deployments ran 45% faster, typical installs dropped from 90 minutes to 15 minutes, and Acrobat Pro was rolled out across all offices in five days (about five minutes per office). The result—thanks to Adobe InDesign and the broader Adobe suite—was improved designer productivity, elimination of version incompatibility, easier license reallocation among 16 offices, and reduced IT overhead.
