Accell North America - Customer Case Study

Accell North America, a leading distributor of Raleigh and Seattle Bike Supply brands, faced collaboration bottlenecks after a merger: designers worked on separate servers with different versions of Adobe tools, making asset sharing slow and inconsistent. To standardize workflows and stay on the cutting edge of design, Accell turned to Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud for teams (deployed with reseller Zones) to give designers uniform access to the latest apps and mobile inspiration tools.

Using Adobe InDesign as part of Adobe Creative Cloud for teams, Accell implemented Creative Cloud Libraries, desktop apps, and mobile apps (Adobe Color CC, Brush CC, Shape CC) to centralize assets and speed workflows. Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud libraries allowed designers to find and reuse logos, palettes, and graphics instantly, brought more creative work in‑house, cut IT license‑management time by about 50%, and delivered reported 50% savings in efficiency and costs.
