Warner Music Group needed to re-engage a loyal fan base, build excitement for a new single release, and drive measurable actions like YouTube subscriptions across diverse digital channels. To achieve this, WMG partnered with Adobe Experience Manager (using Livefyre) to create a social-first promotional experience tied directly to the artist’s site.
Using Adobe Experience Manager’s Livefyre, WMG launched a four-day microsite tournament where fans voted via Twitter hashtags, watched videos on-site, and subscribed with a click while Livefyre’s trending and real-time buzzmeters automated and published social conversations. The campaign delivered 4,023 Twitter votes, nearly 34,000 video views and 8,000 new YouTube subscribers, while also capturing fan emails to expand future reach.
