A Adobe Experience Manager Case Study
The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and UGA Extension faced the challenge of managing tens of thousands of pages, hundreds of subsites, and disparate content silos with a small IT team, while also needing to accelerate HR workflows. To address this, the University deployed Adobe Experience Manager (within Adobe Marketing Cloud) for web and digital asset management and Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud) for e-signatures.
Using Adobe Experience Manager to centralize structured content and digital assets, and Adobe Sign to route and approve forms electronically, the University streamlined publishing and administrative processes. Adobe Experience Manager enabled widespread content reuse and faster site updates, and Adobe Sign reduced new staffing requisition time by about 90%—transforming approvals from months to days—allowing the small IT staff to deliver higher-quality digital experiences for students, alumni, and Georgia citizens.
