A Adobe Experience Manager Case Study
Thomas Jefferson University faced a fragmented digital presence across multiple content management systems that made consistent messaging, asset sharing, and a holistic view of online visitors difficult for its university and health system. To consolidate platforms and speed delivery of targeted information to students, patients and the wider community (about 2.75M annual visitors), Thomas Jefferson University selected Adobe Experience Manager (part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud, alongside Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Social).
Using Adobe Experience Manager, the team migrated 16,000 pages and 6,000 assets in roughly six months (one-third the originally planned time), eliminated four CMSs, and enabled some 300 content creators to produce and update pages quickly with reusable assets and templates. Adobe Experience Manager plus Adobe Analytics/Target delivered faster content updates, better consumer insights and personalization, and expected operational savings of about $2 million over five years.
