Case Study: San Diego County achieves streamlined, mobile-friendly citizen services with Adobe Experience Manager

A Adobe Experience Manager Case Study

San Diego County - Customer Case Study

San Diego County, the fifth-largest U.S. county serving more than three million residents, faced an aging web content-management system, slow third-party–dependent updates, poor mobile support, and many paper-based forms that slowed service delivery. To modernize citizen access, give departments autonomy, and automate forms-driven processes, the county implemented Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Manager forms as part of Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Using Adobe Experience Manager, the county migrated roughly 70,000 pages, created templates and custom components, enabled mobile and social delivery, and integrated AEM forms with EMC Documentum and SharePoint. The result: departments can publish updates themselves, auditors conduct inspections on tablets (eliminating scanning and reducing backlogs), eligibility workflows with hundreds of forms are automated for faster responses, and the county reports improved citizen experiences, cost efficiency, and streamlined service delivery.
