Progrexion, the holding company for brands such as Lexington Law, CreditRepair.com, Credit.com, and Efolks, needed to drive cross‑channel leads to its call center and lacked a single, integrated view of customers across online and offline touch points. To improve attribution and deliver more personalized experiences, Progrexion adopted Adobe Experience Manager as part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target) to gain deeper customer insights and better tailor web and call‑center interactions.
Using Adobe Experience Manager and the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite, Progrexion implemented a universal visitor ID, dynamic personalized landing pages, and integrated analytics/testing workflows that reduced IT dependency and sped time to market. The solution enabled multivariate and A/B testing via Adobe Target, allowed up to 12 concurrent tests, and delivered measurable impact—most notably a 14% lift in conversion—along with a single customer view and integrated online/offline data.
