Manulife - Customer Case Study

Manulife, a global financial services group, needed to refocus its manulife.ca website from a division-led structure to a customer-first experience. The legacy site was sprawling and hard to navigate (about 1,200 pages), and Manulife lacked the IT agility to centralize content, gain customer insight, and improve engagement and conversions. After evaluating vendors, Manulife selected Adobe Experience Manager (part of Adobe Experience Cloud) to underpin its new digital platform.

Using Adobe Experience Manager together with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Professional Services, Adobe designed reusable assets (11 templates and 38 components), centralized web production, and hosted the solution via Managed Services. The work consolidated the site from 1,200 pages to 250, improved publishing efficiency and accessibility compliance, met a tight go-live deadline, and led to measurable increases in quotes and faster time-to-market for new services—results driven by Adobe Experience Manager’s scalable, analytics-enabled platform.
