Leading insurance company unifies customer experiences across devices with Adobe Experience Manager

HUK-COBURG, Germany’s largest insurer for private households (including online subsidiary HUK24), needed to transform its digital services into a unified, cross-device experience. The company faced a proliferation of microsites, blog systems and disparate channel tools, and wanted to optimize content delivery for mobile devices and streamline digital application processing. To address this, HUK-COBURG selected Adobe Experience Manager (part of Adobe Marketing Cloud, alongside Adobe Analytics).

Adobe Experience Manager delivered a single-platform solution using Sites, Assets and Forms, migrating the corporate blog from WordPress and building responsive sites for www.huk.de and www.huk24.de. Adaptive HTML forms convert to PDFs and integrate with backend systems while Adobe Analytics reveals where forms break down; complex approval workflows speed publishing and safeguard quality. As a result of Adobe Experience Manager, roughly 100 content authors now use a uniform UI, HUK-COBURG publishes campaigns faster, reduces platform management costs, and lowers delivery costs through reusable components and responsive design.
