JLL, a global real estate services firm, needed to speed up and standardize signing of sales, tenancy, and other agreements for UK and overseas clients to reduce move-in delays, improve compliance, and cut paper waste. To solve this, JLL adopted Adobe Experience Manager solutions, most notably Adobe Sign (part of Adobe Document Cloud) and Adobe Experience Manager Mobile for improved mobile content delivery.

By rolling out Adobe Sign, JLL enabled global, mobile-ready signing with templates, automated workflows, tracking, and planned Reapit integration; this cut average signing time from about two weeks to under a week (2x faster), reduced administrator time by 20% during peak periods, allowed the team to process 2,000–6,000 agreements per month without extra help, improved auditability and legal compliance, and eliminated large volumes of paper. Adobe Experience Manager’s solutions also supported a mobile app that increased client engagement and extended these benefits across multiple departments.
