Hyatt, a global hospitality leader with more than 600 properties, needed to deliver consistent, high-quality content across channels and devices while managing tens of thousands of approved assets and distributing content creation to many authors without losing centralized control. To address these challenges Hyatt adopted Adobe Experience Manager (as part of Adobe Marketing Cloud) along with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target to consolidate asset and site management and improve customer journeys.
Using Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Sites, Hyatt centralized roughly 70,000 images and associated legal/usage files, applied detailed metadata for fast search, enabled drag-and-drop authoring and templates for distributed authorship, and automated nightly feeds to partners. The Adobe Experience Manager–based solution simplified approval workflows, cut content-update times from weeks to minutes, supported AB testing (a color change to yellow buttons increased funnel entries and overall revenue), and delivered measurable increases in site traffic, bookings, and brand consistency.
