HFF, one of the largest U.S. commercial real estate intermediaries with 23 offices and more than 850 employees, needed to create consistent, high-quality marketing materials that make strong first impressions across web, mobile and print. Managing nearly 200 Creative Cloud users, distributed design collaboration, licensing and brand consistency at scale was a major challenge, so HFF turned to Adobe Experience Manager alongside other Adobe solutions.

HFF implemented Adobe Experience Manager as part of Adobe Marketing Cloud plus Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise, Adobe Stock for enterprise and Adobe Document Cloud to centralize assets, licenses and workflows. Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Creative Cloud Libraries and Adobe Analytics enabled shareable asset libraries, reuse across web and mobile, centralized license management for ~200 designers, reduced stock-photo costs and faster updates—supporting HFF’s $76 billion in annual transaction volume and producing more consistent, polished materials that help close deals.
