Germanwings, a full subsidiary of Lufthansa, needed to grow online sales and deliver more personalized travel offers across Europe while streamlining content creation, multilingual updates and integration with its reservation system. To meet those goals, Germanwings selected Adobe Experience Manager (part of Adobe Marketing Cloud) as its web content management and digital experience platform.

Adobe Experience Manager, together with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Consulting, delivered a drag-and-drop, reusable-asset site and a centralized translation workflow that integrates booking functionality and supports six languages. As a result, Germanwings improved site capacity to support five to seven times more concurrent visitors and achieved up to a 2% increase in conversion, while enabling a small team to publish dynamic, personalized content faster.
