Eurobet, part of Ladbrokes Coral and a leading Italian online gaming operator, needed to better understand customer journeys and improve retention, cross-sell and conversion across online and offline channels. To modernize its digital marketing and deliver personalized experiences, Eurobet selected Adobe Experience Manager as part of Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics) to gain real-time visibility into customer behavior and enable data-driven marketing.

Working with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Professional Services, Eurobet implemented analytics-driven segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, personalized cross-channel campaigns and custom KPI dashboards. The Adobe solution produced measurable results: up to a 20% improvement in campaign conversions and cross-sell/upsell, churn reduced by about 3%, a jump from sixth to second place in sports-betting volume, and improved customer satisfaction and companywide visibility into trends.
