Deloitte, a global network of member firms serving clients in more than 150 countries, faced a fragmented, inconsistent online presence with hundreds of localized sites, 600 content contributors, and poor mobile and personalization capabilities. To consolidate its brand, speed content updates, and deliver tailored, mobile-optimized experiences, Deloitte turned to Adobe Experience Manager (as part of Adobe Marketing Cloud) and related Adobe solutions.

Adobe Experience Manager, together with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, enabled a multisite, assets-driven redesign with responsive templates, dynamic content delivery, and integrated analytics for personalization. The implementation standardized Deloitte’s global footprint, improved mobile engagement, and doubled publishing speed (2x faster); about 80 sites are live with ~50 more in progress, and Deloitte now uses actionable insights from Adobe Experience Manager to drive more relevant, timely online interactions.
