Constellation, an Exelon company and one of North America's largest integrated energy providers, faced a fragmented, IT‑heavy digital experience where their existing CMS was too complex for nontechnical authors and multiple inherited web systems hindered agility. Using Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, and Managed Services) alongside Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, Constellation rebuilt its website to enable distributed authoring, faster mobile load times, and integrated personalization. Adobe Experience Manager helped consolidate multiple web systems, empower managers to maintain 150 local landing pages, boost residential enrollments and small‑business lead capture, and position the company to process tens of thousands more web transactions annually across 17 states (61 territories), while reducing costs and improving agility.
