BASK Digital Media, a San Diego–based digital advertising firm, needed to reach and persuade voters for a 2016 ballot initiative who were “cord cutters” unreachable by traditional broadcast, cable, or satellite TV. Working with Adobe Experience Manager and using Adobe Advertising Cloud (part of Adobe Experience Cloud), BASK had to identify internet‑TV‑only audiences, deliver video across VOD, streaming, connected TVs and mobile, and measure awareness and persuasion in a fragmented digital ecosystem.

BASK deployed Adobe Advertising Cloud to plan, bid, and optimize cross‑screen video buys and to track daily poll metrics, supported by Adobe Experience Manager. The campaign raised awareness among Internet‑TV‑only voters from 27% to 79% (a 192% increase) and improved net support by 33 points (shifting from −29 to +4), enabling BASK Digital Media to reach previously unreachable voters and materially increase persuasion before election day.
