Turkcell, Turkey’s leading mobile telecom and Internet service provider, wanted to increase engagement and app adoption by delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time. Using Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically Adobe Marketing Cloud with Adobe Analytics for mobile apps, Turkcell sought better visibility into customer behavior, preferences, and segment-based interactions across its native apps.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Turkcell implement personalized in-app messaging and mobile analytics to target key customer groups and refine offers based on real usage data. The results were strong: app install rates reached 36% from in-app messages versus 10% from other channels, conversion from in-app messages to app store pages was nearly 32%, personalized messages generated about six times higher click-through rates, and initial campaigns drove 5,000 downloads in a single week, contributing to about 15,000 monthly app downloads.
