Adobe Experience Cloud implemented automated workflows and personalized “My Deals” emails that matched customer preferences to Travelocity’s inventory, plus dynamic landing pages and fast campaign launches. The results included open rates 40 percentage points higher than typical marketing emails, click-through rates more than 15 percentage points higher, nearly 50 unique campaigns, and 3 billion emails sent annually; Travelocity also cut launch time from weeks to hours and saved countless hours of work.
