Tourism Australia wanted to repurpose its successful social user-generated content strategy on Australia.com, but a small team struggled to find, moderate, organize, and manage rights for the large volume of daily content. Adobe Experience Cloud, using Livefyre as part of Adobe Experience Manager, was used to help bring authentic traveler content onto the website and support its digital marketing efforts.

Adobe Experience Cloud provided a unified platform and automated workflows to streamline content management, storage, and rights handling. As a result, Tourism Australia launched live UGC feeds and saw measurable gains, including a 66% increase in time on site, more than a 30% lift in engagement, and a 77% increase in leads.
