Sunrise marries e-commerce with customer experience

Sunrise Communications, Switzerland’s second-largest telecommunications company, needed to digitally transform its business processes and re-launch its online presence across four languages while delivering more personalized customer experiences. Working with Adobe Experience Cloud, Sunrise also wanted to simplify complex back-office workflows and improve self-service, e-commerce, and mobile experiences across its brands.

Adobe Experience Cloud implemented Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign, integrated with SAP Hybris. The new platform helped Sunrise cut mobile purchase steps from ten to three, accelerate page creation by two thirds, and reduce load times from 4.2 to 1.5 seconds; mobile traffic doubled, deployment time dropped from 90 minutes to under 30 seconds, and the online store’s Net Promoter Score rose from 31 to 45.
