Nedbank, one of South Africa’s largest banks, wanted to create more consistent digital experiences across mobile, web, and forms while uniting siloed banking teams. Working with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, the bank set out to better understand customer behavior and simplify its online banking journeys.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Nedbank centralize content, standardize templates and forms, and use data to improve site structure and personalization. The bank streamlined more than 224 forms down to 38 templates, cut some processes from seven steps to four, and increased successful form completion from 33% to 80%.
