Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia, part of Sony Interactive Entertainment, needed to update the PlayStation official website faster across desktop, gaming devices, and mobile devices while making content management less dependent on outside developers. Using Adobe Experience Cloud, the team also wanted to improve personalization and keep pace with frequent game releases and changing customer expectations.

Adobe Experience Cloud implemented Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target to move website production in-house, support responsive multi-device design, and enable data-driven optimization and targeting. The results included homepage updates completed about 800% faster, website improvements running 5 times faster, NPS rising 9 points, bounce rate improving from 40% to 35%, and homepage-to-PlayStation Store clicks increasing by more than 15%.
