Case Study: Los Angeles International Airport achieves real-time terminal asset visibility with Adobe Experience Cloud

A Adobe Experience Cloud Case Study

Preview of the Los Angeles International Airport Case Study

Second largest U.S. airport empowers managers with real-time updates on airport assets using Adobe Experience Manager forms

Los Angeles International Airport, operated by Los Angeles World Airports, needed a better way to track the condition of 1,900 critical assets across nine terminals and improve passenger comfort and convenience. The airport had been relying on spreadsheets, phone calls, and fragmented data, making it difficult to get real-time situational awareness. Adobe Experience Cloud, through Adobe Experience Manager forms, was selected to give terminal managers a mobile, field-friendly inspection process.

Adobe Experience Cloud implemented a paperless, mobile inspection solution using iPads and custom forms that feed data into dashboards for terminal managers and executives. The result was real-time updates on airport assets, faster reporting, and better visibility across all nine terminals; 20 managers now conduct daily inspections and about 50 stakeholders can access timely dashboard information. This has improved operational efficiency, enabled trend tracking, and helped Los Angeles International Airport respond more quickly during emergencies.
