Adobe Experience Cloud helped Redtag.ca analyze customer behavior across channels, optimize campaigns, and use Adobe Sensei for anomaly detection and automated alerts. The results included a major shift in marketing mix from 10% digital to 90% digital, stronger cross-channel targeting, and better performance from personalized offers, while the company grew to more than 1,400 employees and 22 brands.
