Redtag.ca, a Canadian travel company, needed a better way to connect its growing digital and offline marketing efforts and improve customer understanding as it expanded from a small startup to a larger multi-brand business. Using Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign, Redtag.ca set out to create a more data-driven, personalized travel experience.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Redtag.ca analyze customer behavior across channels, optimize campaigns, and use Adobe Sensei for anomaly detection and automated alerts. The results included a major shift in marketing mix from 10% digital to 90% digital, stronger cross-channel targeting, and better performance from personalized offers, while the company grew to more than 1,400 employees and 22 brands.
