REA Group, a multinational digital property specialist behind realestate.com.au and other portals, needed to modernize its manual, paper-based contract process as it expanded into new markets and services. The company wanted a faster, more seamless customer experience while reducing administrative work and improving productivity, and it turned to Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Sign and Adobe Analytics, to support that transformation.
Adobe Experience Cloud helped REA Group replace paper contracts with electronic signatures integrated into Salesforce and other internal systems, enabling reps to launch contracts from a single dashboard and customers to sign from any device. The results were strong: contracts are typically returned in about 90 minutes, around 80% of contracts now use the Adobe Sign workflow, and REA Group gained better data accuracy, faster automation, and insights from Adobe Analytics to improve digital experiences for its 53 million monthly visitors.
