Vodafone Ireland, a mobile service provider, wanted to create more personalized app experiences that would engage diverse customer segments and support anytime, anywhere self-service. Working with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically Adobe Marketing Cloud with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, Vodafone aimed to turn its app into a more relevant channel for business, contract, and pay-as-you-go customers.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Vodafone use customer data, testing, and targeting to deliver tailored messages, offers, and alerts across in-app and push channels. The result was stronger engagement and loyalty, with the app reaching 422,000 downloads, about 200,000 monthly active users, and 50,000 daily active users, while also achieving the highest engagement percentage among Vodafone’s European apps.
