Investitionsbank Berlin, the business development bank for Berlin, needed to move beyond fully digital internal systems and offer customers a smoother digital application experience. Using Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager Forms, the bank set out to replace slow, error-prone paper and static form processes with a customer portal and self-service digital applications.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Investitionsbank Berlin build dynamic, standardized web forms that integrate with backend systems and support mobile-friendly, paperless processing. The result was a customer-focused digital realignment, with processing times reduced by more than half, form creation cut from half a day to five minutes, and standardized forms lowering the risk of errors.
