Hyatt Hotel Corporation, a global hospitality leader with more than 600 properties worldwide, needed to deliver consistent, high-quality digital experiences across websites, mobile apps, and third-party channels while centrally managing tens of thousands of approved assets. Working with Adobe Experience Cloud through Adobe Marketing Cloud, Hyatt also wanted to give more authors the ability to update content quickly without losing brand control.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Hyatt implement Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Sites, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target to centralize about 70,000 images, simplify approval workflows, and enable faster page publishing. The results included more efficient content creation, easier asset search through metadata, and stronger brand consistency, while website testing and analytics increased traffic and revenue; even small changes like button color tests helped drive more users into the booking funnel and improve overall conversions.
