To solve this, Epson America worked with Adobe Experience Cloud, using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target along with Adobe Sensei to better understand performance, customer journeys, and online issues.
Adobe Experience Cloud helped Epson America monitor campaigns in real time, detect anomalies, and test page variations to fix checkout friction and optimize digital experiences. The first Adobe Target test quickly outperformed the original page, and the resulting lift was strong enough to fund the entire first year of using the Adobe solution, while also improving leads, conversions, and revenue.
