Adobe Experience Cloud helped EFI automate cross-channel campaigns, personalize outreach, and better align sales and marketing. The results included more than 450 marketing activities per month, up to a 35% email open rate, a 7% increase in lead volume, a 10% rise in sales opportunities, and one event generating 176 leads versus the usual 50 to 60.
