To better understand customers moving between websites, email, and local travel offices, DER Touristik turned to Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Adobe Experience Cloud helped DER Touristik unify customer data, build segments, and deliver personalized recommendations and A/B-tested experiences. The results included a 2.7x higher conversion rate on a site using recommendations versus generic banners, and up to 20% longer time on site from a homepage test with smaller teasers. Adobe also enabled marketers to make data-driven decisions and improve engagement and revenue.
