Constellation, an Exelon company, needed a simpler, scalable digital foundation to manage growing website content, improve customer engagement, and reduce dependence on IT. Its existing CMS was too complex for content authors, making it harder to deliver personalized journeys and support online enrollment and lead generation. Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager, was chosen to help address these challenges.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Constellation redesign its website using Experience Manager, Managed Services, Sites, Assets, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. The new setup improved mobile load times, enabled distributed content authoring, and streamlined migrations into a single system. As a result, Constellation saw higher residential enrollments, more small-business leads, better productivity across teams, and a goal to handle tens of thousands more web transactions annually.
