Audi of America, working with Adobe Experience Cloud through Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (now Adobe Experience Manager Mobile), needed a better way to publish 15 model brochures a year without creating app-store clutter or losing the rich detail customers need when researching a vehicle. The goal was to consolidate Audi’s long-form product content into one easy-to-navigate mobile experience that could deepen engagement and support the purchase journey.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped Audi launch the Audi library app, which brought brochures, magazine content, and shopping links into a single digital hub. The results included more than 30,000 unique users, an average of 41 minutes spent per user, and over 3% click-through on brochure links, with 91% of those clicks leading to lead-generating actions like dealer searches, quote requests, or vehicle builds. The app also reduced printing and reprinting costs while increasing brand engagement and sales lead generation.
