After piloting e-signature solutions, WALGA adopted Adobe Sign to digitize Preferred Supplier contracts. Turnaround dropped from weeks or months to an average of 1.3 hours, with 511 contracts completed in the first year, administrative processing time cut from 100 to 8 minutes (92% improvement), more than 50,000 pages saved (≈AU$56,000), and better tracking, audit trails and supplier adoption—freeing staff to focus on process improvements.
