A Adobe Document Cloud Case Study
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill partnered with Adobe to expand digital literacy across disciplines by providing enterprise access to Adobe Creative Cloud. Facing the need to prepare 29,000 students for 21st‑century careers, the university sought industry‑standard creative tools that integrate with curriculum, reduce classroom technical issues, and lower IT administrative overhead.
UNC deployed campus‑wide Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise with the Adobe Admin Console and named‑user licensing, giving students and faculty access to apps like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Acrobat, plus Spark and Behance. The rollout increased student engagement through creative assignments, simplified faculty instruction with standardized software, cut IT support calls, and helped students build polished portfolios and career‑ready digital skills.
