TiVo, a pioneer in home entertainment and maker of the DVR, faced a growing operational burden from processing hundreds of partner and reseller contracts each month. TiVo integrated Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Sign with Salesforce to automate contract templates, routing, notifications and mobile signing (including visitor NDAs). The automation created transparent audit trails, enabled self-service reseller onboarding, and dramatically sped up signature cycles—cutting reseller agreement turnaround from about 21 days to 3 days or less (and many signature processes to 1–2 days), while eliminating roughly 99% of paper storage.
