SteriHealth, the Australian services division of Daniels Health, provides safe sharps-disposal solutions to hospitals, clinics and veterinarians. Facing a huge market of small, time-poor customers and struggling to get sales reps to adopt Salesforce, the company needed a faster, more customer-friendly way to negotiate and sign contracts without disrupting clinicians’ schedules.

By integrating Salesforce with Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud), SteriHealth automated contract generation, signing and archiving. Contract creation fell from about 40 minutes to ~10 minutes, 80% of customers now return contracts within four hours (nearly 100% within a day), signed contracts created per month rose 53%, administrative work dropped and Salesforce adoption among sales teams greatly improved.
