Platform Housing Group, a not-for-profit housing association in the UK, needed to speed up tenancy agreements and reduce face-to-face contact during the COVID-19 pandemic. To improve tenant service and support its digital transformation, the organization turned to Adobe Document Cloud, using Adobe Acrobat Sign to replace in-person contract signing.

Adobe Document Cloud helped Platform Housing Group make tenancy agreements fully contactless, allowing tenants to review and sign documents from any device. The result was up to 3 hours saved per agreement, more than £86,000 in travel-cost savings in under a year, and faster move-ins with a better tenant experience.
